Week 4 end

Well, in the interest of being positive, I'll say this: I had a great vacation this week.

However:
Goal of losing 10 pounds in 4 weeks: not met.
Goal of going to the gym 5 times this week: not met.

So not a great week for me, but I'm ready to hit it hard again starting tomorrow!
